On November 8th 2007 State Attorney General Richard Blumenthal addressed the audience at a Better Business Bureau Awards Banquet held at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, CT.
Blumenthal emphatically said "The Home Improvement Industry is in a state of epidemic! Consumers are being tricked and defrauded by shoddy contractors more often than not."
