Simply Additions started out as a general contractors website to help consumers research the cost for various different home addition projects. Later I added modular home plans, which are homes that are built in factories, then transported by several big rigs to a project site, then craned into position. After the home plans, I designed some garage additions because as a car lover myself, I wanted to give other car guys the ability to shop for a garage from the comfort of their home, office, or mobile phone. Next on the agenda of architectural plan designing was the creation of basement remodeling plans. One of my first basement remodeling plans was a home theater modeled after my brother-in-law's home theater. This guy, really knows his home theater stuff, and his home theater would rival the home theaters of millionaires. Lastly, I designed Attic Renovation plans because I had customers who had a lot of attic space, but no yard to expand on, so we came in there and converted their attics into bedrooms and bathrooms.
