House Plan Features

The master suite features a large master bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub by the window, and a separate shower cubicle. You can enter the walk-in closet from the master bedroom and the master bath, which adds a touch of common sense to this well thought out design.

The second bedroom features a 16' by 2' his and hers closet system, which will give its occupants plenty of storage space.

The third bedroom is on the small side at 11' 5" x 8' 10", but that's plenty of space for a kids room or perhaps a home office.

Just past the entryway on the right, you enter a huge living room. This space was built for entertaining.

Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining room which is sectioned off by 2' bump-outs at each corner, that gives it just enough separation to make dining at your New Yorker Cape nice and cozy.

The grand attraction is the open kitchen which has 3 casement windows, all the major appointments, and a nicely sized pantry for whatever items you cannot fit into your abundant supply of kitchen cabinets.
